As a frequent traveler from Sydney now calling New York home, I recently chose Best Western for a corporate retreat in Austin, and overall, I had a solid experience. The location is convenient for anyone attending events at the HEB Center; it’s easy to navigate without a hassle. The hotel offers a functional business center and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to catch up on work while enjoying the quiet ambiance. I appreciated the express check-in and check-out, allowing for a smoother transition between meetings. The bedding is noteworthy; although I found the bed a tad firm for my taste, the pillows were incredibly soft—a welcome comfort after long days of presentations. The AC worked flawlessly during that muggy weekend, keeping the room cool and conducive for productivity. With an outdoor pool and gym facility, I managed to squeeze in runs, keeping my marathon training on track. It’s close to restaurants and stores like Walmart and Target for convenience. Best Western fits the bill for business travelers seeking comfort and practicality. I would certainly consider it for future visits.
